My friend said these remind her of letters on the Hollywood sign! BUT it's not too big and definitely not too flashy. Incredibly classy, pairs beautifully with other layered necklaces, and you can even take the letter off and wear as a simple satellite chain. 💖

I purchased two surprise boxes, one for necklaces and one for earrings. I was so excited when I saw the necklaces and love the earrings and will be gifting them to my best friend. They say you can’t return the flat back studs and it’s posted on their website but it’s says nowhere that you can’t return them, clearly says they accept all returns. Such a scam they wouldn’t take back the earring I ordered ever though it’s in original packaging and unopened

It is true that our policy states flat back studs are final sale (for hygenic reasons), and this is written on all product pages, and on our return policy page as well. However we WILL accept a return of a flat back stud if the item is unopened. As you say this is the case, please email us at customersupport@roseandclayjewelry.com and we will still happily accept a return on that item.
Words cannot describe how obsessed I am with this necklace! It is the most stunning and high quality necklace I’ve ever owned or seen… I am simply obsessed with it. I always get compliments when I wear it and it elevates any outfit! I’ve worn it in water and when I’ve sweat in humid climates and it doesn’t have one speck of tarnish! I love the idea of these tiny pearls, but getting them on my ears is another matter. They should be the push-pin kind of post but instead are the kind you screw the top into the post. This works fine with larger studs but with these super tiny studs... basically impossible. I'm going to have to go to a professional every time I want to wear them, which makes buying a set kind of pointless. If I had known how hard they'd be to get in, I wouldn't have bought them.

I am sorry you have had a difficult time screwing the front piece in. They are very tiny which can make the process of getting them in a bit tedious for sure! We choose to sell the threaded (screw on) design instead of the push pin style because we find them to be much more secure once they have been put in. I do have some tips and trick on how to get even the tiniest of studs screwed on at home and would be happy to walk you through this and give some advice via email if youre interested!
