I purchased two surprise boxes, one for necklaces and one for earrings. I was so excited when I saw the necklaces and love the earrings and will be gifting them to my best friend. Had a broken chain and this was replaced without issue with another purchase of mine. The necklace I received in the second purchase is my new OBSESSION and I am so happy I splurged! I wear the heart earrings almost every day and constantly receive compliments. I will 100000% be purchasing again in the future. Amazing people and wonderful products!

They say you can’t return the flat back studs and it’s posted on their website but it’s says nowhere that you can’t return them, clearly says they accept all returns. Such a scam they wouldn’t take back the earring I ordered ever though it’s in original packaging and unopened

It is true that our policy states flat back studs are final sale (for hygenic reasons), and this is written on all product pages, and on our return policy page as well. However we WILL accept a return of a flat back stud if the item is unopened. As you say this is the case, please email us at customersupport@roseandclayjewelry.com and we will still happily accept a return on that item.
Words cannot describe how obsessed I am with this necklace! It is the most stunning and high quality necklace I’ve ever owned or seen… I am simply obsessed with it. I always get compliments when I wear it and it elevates any outfit! I’ve worn it in water and when I’ve sweat in humid climates and it doesn’t have one speck of tarnish! I love the idea of these tiny pearls, but getting them on my ears is another matter. They should be the push-pin kind of post but instead are the kind you screw the top into the post. This works fine with larger studs but with these super tiny studs... basically impossible. I'm going to have to go to a professional every time I want to wear them, which makes buying a set kind of pointless. If I had known how hard they'd be to get in, I wouldn't have bought them.

I am sorry you have had a difficult time screwing the front piece in. They are very tiny which can make the process of getting them in a bit tedious for sure! We choose to sell the threaded (screw on) design instead of the push pin style because we find them to be much more secure once they have been put in. I do have some tips and trick on how to get even the tiniest of studs screwed on at home and would be happy to walk you through this and give some advice via email if youre interested! Earring stud was broken off the earring. Contacted customer service and never heard back how to exchange it for a non-broken earring.

The first post that I ever saw from this business was about this necklace and I was immediately hooked. I've been looking for a charm necklace everywhere from Walmart to Ross to TJMAXX. Then I saw the post and FINALLY, I found a charm necklace that suited my style and what was exactly what I was looking for. It's so stunning and it doesn't feel heavy AT ALL! This is definitely going to be one of my daily jewels!
I got these in the mail and I was excited cause they were so cute. I wanted to write this to make the design better, not out of hate. Sadly the first issue was how thick the bar was. I couldn't get it into my ear hole until the 10th try. Second the front pearl doesn't fully tighten when screwed on so you don't know if its fully on. One of them ended up falling off the second day in. I think the bar should be on the pearl and just have a screw on back to make it easier. I payed a pretty penny for these and had a more difficult time with them than I would have wanted
