I ordered on December 9. I chose economy 5 day shipping. Here we are over two weeks later. USPS still hasn’t received my order from you and you’re asking me for a review. Waste of $60.

Hi Dustin, I wish you had messaged our customer service team- according to our records, we fulfilled your order Dec 10th, and dropped it off at the post office on Dec 11th. I personally went through the tracking history and it looks like the package went from 'preshipment-usps awaiting item,' straight to 'item has arrived at your local post office' and the tracking says it will be delivered today. Clearly USPS missed scanning in or updating tracking on the package as normally you would see at least 3 updates in between those events. Unfortunately mistakes like this happen (especially this month, in December, because of the influx of packages they receive) but I do not have any personal control over the package after I drop it off. Just know that I did package and drop off your order within our shipping timeframe posted on our website (withing 1-3 business days) and I do deeply apologize that even still it has taken a longer than normal time to arrive.

I love these in my second piercing!

I don't normally wear studs, but I wanted something cute, simple, and kinda girly to where in my second piercing spot. I can't believe how often I gravitate towards these now! I seriously wear them at least once or twice a week and I love them! They have held up tremendously well- no fading or tarnishing at all (and I have worn them in the pool a couple times too!!!)

Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $50. For all other domestic orders, shipping is flat rate of $5 with the option to upgrade to faster options if preferred.

International shipping is calculated on location at checkout, but it is usually in the $12-$18 range.

We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. For international orders shipping can take between 7-14 business days.

We take ALOT of care in choosing good quality metals for each of our designs, so that with 1. they'll be hypoallergenic and sensitive skin friendly, but 2. be INCREDIBLY tarnish resistant or completely tarnish proof!

Trust us when I say our jewelry will NEVER turn your skin green, and our gold plating is alway firmly plated on with REAL gold (not gold coloring). With basic care, our jewelry should easily last you for years and years to come, even if it gets wet sometimes.;)
