Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $50. For all other domestic orders, shipping is flat rate of $5 with the option to upgrade to faster options if preferred.
International shipping is calculated on location at checkout, but it is usually in the $12-$18 range.
We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. For international orders shipping can take between 7-14 business days.
We always want you to be 100% obsessed with your new jewelry, so we offer offer full refunds on new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery, and store credit on new and unworn items within 45 days.

We offer a free 1 year warranty on ALL of our jewelry! And we do it for a few reasons...
First of all, we LOVE our customers and always want you to be happy with your order. If for some reason your jewelry is unsatisfactory or faulty we always want to make it right!
But also, it shows how much we believe in our products! We know they aren't going to cause skin irritation, or turn your skin green, or rust or tarnish. Our jewelry is amazing quality, and it's pretty easy offering a warranty on something we know will easily last you for years and years past the warrantly:)
ABSOLUTELY! Trust us- our owner also has sensitive skin and understands the struggle of finding good quality metals. Because of this, we so make sure every single thing we sell is completely hypoallergenic and nickel free!
We take ALOT of care in choosing good quality metals for each of our designs, so that with 1. they'll be hypoallergenic and sensitive skin friendly, but 2. be INCREDIBLY tarnish resistant or completely tarnish proof!
Trust us when I say our jewelry will NEVER turn your skin green, and our gold plating is alway firmly plated on with REAL gold (not gold coloring). With basic care, our jewelry should easily last you for years and years to come, even if it gets wet sometimes.;)

I wanted these to work but the post is way too short to go in the front of the piercing and the post for the back is too fat to go through the back of my ears. Because of this, I can’t even get them on. Sad :(
Hi there! I am sorry for the trouble this has caused, but this is actualy how this earring is designed to be! On flat back earrings such as this one, the back post is meant to be a little shorter than a conventional earring so there wont be any excess post behind the ear to poke the head. In addition to that- they need to be put on opposite from regular earrings, from behind. The longer of the two pieces is put in from behind the ear, so the flat piece is in the back of the ear. The other shorter (decorative) piece is then screwed into the longer post for an earring that you can securely wear for months (or for as long as you would like to wear it!:)
