If you don't know much about flat back studs, let me help fill you in... Flat back studs are (just like the name suggests) flat in the back, so they don't poke the back of your head when you talk on the phone, or lay on your side! You put them on from behind your ear and then screw the front piece into place. You end up with a super secure earring that you can COMFORTABLY wear for months at a time! They can be worn to sleep, and in the shower, or in the pool, and they are completely hypoallergenic. They are totally safe and work wonderfully for new piercings (for children and adults!) If you like to wear earrings for long period of times, this is the PERFECT thing for you!

Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $50. For all other domestic orders, shipping is flat rate of $5 with the option to upgrade to faster options if preferred.

International shipping is calculated on location at checkout, but it is usually in the $12-$18 range.

We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. For international orders shipping can take between 7-14 business days.

Never received

I had high hopes for this small company. But it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my items. Their shipping policy states it would be 3-5 days to process and 5-7 once shipped. I received an email saying my package was shipped but once opening the tracking it says the label was created and that’s as far as it has moved. So I thought ok. Small business I’ll contact them and maybe it just got missed. But no one’s emailed me back… I am quite disappointed.

Hi Erica, we just send you an individual email in regards to this issue. Unfortunately we never received an email from you or we would have helped resolve this sooner. When I looked into this order- We sent out the package within 2 days of the order being placed, but unfortunately It looks like USPS has lost the package. Once we ship out the package we don't have any control over it anymore, but nonetheless we would be more than happy to send out a replacement to you ASAP. I am sorry you have had a poor experience- we normally check and respond to emails every business day and have no issues with shipping, but I am so sorry that has not been your experience.
